This place is my new go to spot and the bartenders are super awesome and the wide range of people here are all very friendly and excepting of people. The people here have fell in love with my dog and I bring him here every time I stop by. You also can't beat their drink prices!!
I think it's a great concept.. I felt the need to show proof I bought everything lol.. It's so easy.. it's a bit awkward at first but then I really like it. I will be back.
Excellent prices on food, very helpful staff and SO clean! The store practically sparkles. Usually I'm in here, returning something I bought on Amazon.com and discovered I really didn't need. . When you are in the store returning an item, they'll usually offer a promo such as spend $50 and save $10...or some variation of that. Also, I've seen a lot of interesting things in the Amazon Fresh store due to its location (a woman with no pants...yes no pants)! The deli has different lunch specials every day. They have excellent hot sandwiches. Great fruit, meat & flower prices. Tip: Ingraham high school is right down the street. It gets really busy with students around lunch time.
What I love about this store: 1) You actually feel like you are in the next century. 2) The employees are wonderful and friendly (hello, Willow)! 3) The cleanest store I have ever seen. 4) The most ambient and user friendly store I've ever seen. 5) The best looking store I've ever seen. 6) The most ample parking I've ever seen, including an EV charging station. 7) The most ambient and well-lit naturally store I've ever seen. 8) Not quite the best stocked store I've ever seen, but they do have at least three shoppers going through for deliveries on the cart. 9). The most conveniently located store in North Seattle. One mile from N. 105th Street, I-5 Freeway, the Seattle border @ N. 145th Street and 3/4 from Greenwood Ave. North and Carkeek Park; 2 miles from Golden Gardens and the Highlands. I was born and raised here, when this in the 1960's was the Gov'Mart Bazzar. Tell me if you remember THAT!!! I still respect you anyway. I do HIGHLY recommend Amazon Fresh for your GO-TO store in North Seattle. (That's a hockey term, BTW, when you are advancing the puck and your center is in range for an easy goal: you GO TO him). Anyway, a long time (50+ years) true hockey fan.
After I ordered the wrong case for my iPhone (XS Max case and my phone is an XS) via Amazon, I decided to see if I could return it. I went through the online return procedure and was asked if I wanted an Amazon Store return option, for which I could go with no box and no label or a box and label. I opted for the no box and no label option and received a QR code to present in-store, selecting this Amazon Fresh location in Bitter Lake on Aurora Avenue North as my return location. I entered my return online a few minutes before 8 a.m. today, Tuesday 29 August 2023, and this location was opening at 8 a.m., so I decided to come over and return my item. Arriving about 8:14 a.m., the parking lot had open spaces and I entered the store to find an abundance of friendly employees. Both the store front and the returns counter were well marked and easy to find. A worker directed me what walking path to take to the returns counter once inside the store. For the return, the returns counter worker scanned my code, then took my item and put a label on it and I was good to go. Returning to the house, I checked my online return status and the item was marked as item received. Fast service in-store and online updating.
